ADAPTIVE FITNESS

The adjustable straps secure the Gravity Ball™ safely to the hands, limbs, and feet which allows the user to do Grip-Free Resistance Exercise™. This new way of exercising gives individuals with grip strength limitations or other physical challenges a way to do weighted exercise in a safe yet effective manner.

  • The loop straps allow for weighted exercise that does not require the use of your hands or grip and can be used on either one hand or two hands simultaneously.
