About Muay Thai
If you’re an athlete looking to challenge your Muay Thai or boxing, consider adding two Gravity Balls to your next session!
Muay Thai, also known as the Art of 8 Limbs, is an ancient and respected martial arts practice from Thailand that includes not only fist strikes but strikes from the elbows, knees and lower legs (hence the name). The European sport of boxing allows only the hands and requires the boxer to shuffle the ground and adjust their height in order to deliver their punches and maneuver away from the opponent.
Muay Thai and boxing both help athletes to develop full body strength, core stability, power, endurance and stamina, agility, balance and coordination. Each also serves as a cardio and resistance workout in one and offers major stress relief.
