Welcome to our ever growing exercise library! Here we showcase various movements that can be done with a Gravity Ball™. These movements are designed to improve symmetry, build core strength and enhance overall performance, some of the goals we teach within The Gravity Ball Method™. Some exercises may be targeted to specific body parts however most Gravity Ball exercises are full body exercises. In many videos, the 4lbs Gravity Ball, our lightest weighted ball is being used.
