Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for my Gravity Ball?
A Gravity Ball™ is designed to withstand years of daily use and remain just as functional after years of use as it was the first time you used it. We suggest that you occasionally clean the surface and straps by using a cloth dampened with some rubbing alcohol. Let the Gravity Ball dry in a well-ventilated space before use.
Can you adjust the weight of a Gravity Ball?
No. A Gravity Ball is not designed to be taken apart, doing so will destroy it. The strength of the Gravity Ball's design comes from it's internal design which would be non-functional if taken apart.
Can the Gravity Ball be used underwater?
The current version of the Gravity Ball is not designed to be used underwater however we do plan to make a Gravity Ball designed for use in the water in the future.
Can the Gravity Ball be used outdoors?
The Gravity Ball is perfect for the outdoors. We do advise avoiding intense sun exposure which can weaken the straps overtime.
Small children and pets:
Children and pets may be attracted to a Gravity Ball and confuse it with a toy. To prevent children and animals (especially large dogs) from using your Gravity Ball as a toy and potentially harming themselves, store it away from them when not in use and be careful when and if you are using it around them. It is not recommended for use by children under the age of 12 years old.
