The adjustable straps secure the Gravity Ball™ safely to the hands, limbs, and feet and can be used in many classic as well as new yoga poses or Pilates exercises. With the Gravity Ball, your warriors, triangles and other poses will never be the same.
The loop straps and removable straps are ideal for enhancing balance, symmetry, flexibility, mobility, and core strengthening. These straps increase the challenge of most poses without compromising form, which free weights often times do.
By applying opposing outward tension on these straps you’ll be recruiting a larger number of muscles, many of which you don’t usually engage on a normal basis.
This is an example of increasing outward tension, which is done by pulling away from the ball’s center with either your hands or feet.
